Davison Associates LLC is a commercial real estate brokerage with a focus on office and industrial properties locally, as well as self-storage properties regionally. We are located in beautiful Lancaster, Pennsylvania which serves as a great location to reach the properties and clients we serve at home and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Brian Davison, President
Brian Davison CCIM, SIOR, is a graduate of Cedar Crest High School, holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Millersville University, and a master’s degree from The College of Notre Dame of Maryland. He was a high school educator in the Baltimore area for seven years. During his teaching career, he also served as a varsity football and head wrestling coach.
After leaving the education field, he worked in the new home industry as a Sales Representative and Regional Sales Manager with Ryan Homes and Keystone Custom Homes, respectively. In January 2012, Brian began his career as a Commercial Broker with High Associates. While at High, he earned his Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker License, his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. In 2019, Brian was named the Lancaster County Commercial & Industrial Realtor of the Year.
Following his time at High, he served as the Vice President of Brokerage for a firm specializing in the sale of self-storage properties across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. This experience led Brian to start Davison Associates LLC in 2023.
He has served on the Board of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, as President of the Commercial and Industrial Realtor’s Council, and as an Officer for the SIOR Philadelphia Chapter. He is the past President of the Lancaster Early Education Center and currently serves on the boards of the Hourglass Lancaster County, the Pennsylvania Self Storage Association and the Lancaster Law Foundation.
Brad Forrey, Brokerage Advisor
W. Bradley ("Brad") Forrey is a Brokerage Advisor with Davison Associates LLC, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of office, industrial, and investment properties throughout Lancaster County and Central Pennsylvania. Drawing upon more than two decades of experience building relationships and creating business opportunities.
Before joining Davison Associates, Brad established a successful career in business development and client relationship management within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Working with some of the region's leading construction firms, he played an integral role in securing and supporting complex projects across the healthcare, senior living, education, manufacturing, corporate, and mixed-use sectors. This experience gives him a unique understanding of the development process and the factors that influence commercial real estate decisions—from site selection and project feasibility to construction, occupancy, and long-term asset performance.
A lifelong Lancaster County resident, Brad has cultivated an extensive network of business leaders, investors, developers, property owners, and community stakeholders throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Brad is actively involved in numerous civic, professional, and charitable organizations and remains deeply committed to the growth and vitality of the communities he serves.
Brad holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate License and is a member of the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and National Realtor Associations. He and his wife, Emily, reside in Lancaster County and are the proud parents of two grown sons.
Amanda Hawn, Office Administrator
Amanda joined the Davison Associates team in January of 2025. She brings more than a decade of experience in legal support, real estate transactions, and office administration to her role at Davison Associates. With a background spanning law firms, title and settlement services, and small business operations, she is recognized for her organization, discretion, and attention to detail.
Her career includes paralegal work in both real estate and family law, managing real estate closings, and supporting attorneys, clients, and business owners with complex administrative needs. Amanda earned her degree in paralegal studies with honors from Harrisburg Area Community College and is a former licensed Pennsylvania Notary Public.
Amanda is a past member of Phi Theta Kappa, an international honor society requiring volunteer service, and a past member of the Lancaster Area Paralegal Association (LAPA). She currently serves as a group leader for a local Mom’s Group and as Treasurer for the Columbia Borough Shade Tree Commission where she has served for over ten years.
